A fine conclusion to the series. Could be extended if the author wants to.Awww . . . it's over now. :( But I know that I will definitely be on the look-out for the the whole series at a bookstore as I definitely want to add them to my collection. :D This joins Chronicles of Narnia and the Lord of the Rings on my list of favorite fantasy series!!! The final book (so far) in the DragonKeeper Chronicles. I'm sad to be done with this series because I've really enjoyed them. I look forward to starting a new series by this author.

I was under the mistaken impression this was the first in a series, not the finale. Then I was under the mistaken impression that this 'fantasy lite' was geared towards children - when, probably, its target audience is families. Tricky to write to appeal across such a broad age range.
