Life is good. Cami is away at her dream college with her dream man by her side. She thinks if she can just get through with meeting Hunter’s family that everything will be perfect. Little does she know that life’s about to turn upside down again when Hunter is called to infiltrate a gang whose specialty is chopping and racing cars. His contact happens to be a beautiful curvy girl who is the gang leader’s sister and he has to pose as her boyfriend. Communication with Cami is basically forbidden to help keep his cover.Hunter, however, can’t stand being away from the girl he really loves, and he sneaks away one night to meet her across town. He doesn’t know the gang leader, Ripper, has suspicions about him already and he’s following him to see where he goes. He surprises Hunter and Cami, and Hunter quickly introduces her as his foster sister who is having some car trouble. He thinks all is well until he discovers he has one serious problem. Ripper likes Cami and decides to pursue her, drawing her into the same dangerous world he’s supposed to bring down.
Can he keep his cover without having Cami get caught in the crossfire? Will the two of them survive having to watch each other fake it in the arms of another? Or will their hot stolen kisses destroy everything?

"Love does crazy things, doesn't it? It can step in and change people's live completely."This one was a cute continuation of Cami and Dylan's story. I liked seeing their lives after the last story and how neither of them were compromising who they were to be together. A lot of things were brought up again - like the age gap and the risky job situation - and Cami also had to come to terms with what happened to her in the last book.Lots of good stuff and totally worth the read. I'm looking forwardSOOOOO BORING!!! I hate giving negative reviews but I was honestly disappointed with this book. There was no action and no actual drama (other than what was in their heads). The whole goody two shoes thing got old and fast! I wonder if this author has actually ever held a conversation with a police officer or an eighteen year old girl because the dialogue was insanely unreal. I liked the first book okay but seriously wish I hadn't wasted the time on this one.
"Smitten the sequel to Crush was definitely worth the wait! The way that Lacey Weatherford is able to capture the love between Hunter and Cami is magical. A true love story doesn't have to resolve around the sex, true love is the tenderness and endearing actions that you do daily. No wonder Lacey has been named The Queen of Hearts!" I really enjoy how the author was able to basically pick the story up almost right where Crush finished off. I loved the interactions between Hunter/Dylan, Cami and
currently this is how I am feeling So excited for this book and let's all take a moment to gush on how hot this cover is.
LOVED this book! The female lead was amazing. Cami was strong, smart, sweet, funny, just an all together great girl. She wasnt whiney like most females in books. She wasnt afraid to speak her mind. Showed that communication in a relationship is important.Hunter/Dylan...yum. Wanted him to myself. He showed what it was to be a man in love and who would do anythng for her! I wish there was going to be a book 3?!?!?! I doubt it but I am wanting to see where the who lead. I am picturing there will be
drools *wipes mouth*drools again *wipes mouth again*drools another time *gives up*i am most definitely smitten!
Yes I am a total perv, I really wanted to see a few more steamy scenes between Hunter and Cami now that she is of age and in college. Oh well, this is still a great follow up book to Crush. Do not read this review if you haven't read Crush-contains spoilers. Our poor Hunter just can't catch a break, after all of the high school drama he and Cami went through, they were just settling into a nice boring meeting the parents routine. Then Hunter gets the call he dreads and has to go back undercover
