Interpretation In Pursuance Of Books The Hammer of Thor (Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard #2)

"Magnus Chase, you nearly started Ragnarok. What are you going to do next?"

It's been six weeks since Magnus and his friends returned from defeating Fenris Wolf and the fire giants. Magnus has adjusted to life at the Hotel Valhalla—as much as a once-homeless and previously alive kid can. As a son of Frey, the god of summer, fertility, and health, Magnus doesn't exactly fit in with the rest of Odin's chosen warriors, but he has a few good peeps among his hallmates on floor nineteen, and he's been dutifully training for Ragnarok along with everyone else. His days have settled into a new kind of normal.

But Magnus should have known there's no such thing as normal in the Nine Worlds. His friends Hearthstone and Blitzen have disappeared. A new hallmate is creating chaos. According to a very nervous goat, a certain object belonging to Thor is still missing, and the thunder god's enemies will stop at nothing to gain control of it.

Time to summon Jack, the Sword of Summer, and take action. Too bad the only action Jack seems to be interested in is dates with other magical weapons. . . .

April 30, 2016 UPDATE I'm late, as usual! I just seen the synopsis and sounds amazing...And the cover.... It's so beautiful!!! January 12, 2016 UPDATE The second book from Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard..... October 4th.... I'm going to die... Why, Why??? Just:

You Keep Using the Word Help. I Do Not Think It Means What You Think It Means.I didnt think it could be possible, but this book was even better than the first one. Shocking I know. Rick Riordan is THAT good. Obviously.Like for the first book, I dont want to talk about the plot because if I did, I wouldnt be doing you a favour.I actually dont have much to say in this review that I havent previously said in my review of The Sword of Summer . . . but Im going to talk about Alex Fierro, our new

Personal rating: 3.5

Ok, wow. What can i say about this book? Sheer perfection, brilliant, wonderful! Is this suppose to be middle grade? Because it did not seem like that at all; which that was the main factor for me to love it even more. I wish Rick would write an adult fantasy series. What makes this book stand out is the maturity and the development of the characters. It did not felt like his previous books whatsoever; Rick wanted to focus even MORE on the bond between friends, being there for each other

Aaaaand the year of waiting for Riordan's next book commences! You'd think I'd be good at waiting since I've been doing this for so many years now but NOPE. At least there's THE HIDDEN ORACLE coming out on May 3rd...

This book felt like a basket case of déjà vu. Literally speaking.Sword that turns into utility item: ✔Stupid gods: ✔16 year old 'heroes' do all the quests: ✔Snarky do-gooder protagonist: ✔What is surprising is, despite the fact that it is near indistinguishable from the Percy Jackson series, this novel managed to hook me. It was funny. Valkyrie business. Possible code three-eight-one: heroic death in progress.""You're making that up.""I'm not.""So...what, somebody thinks they're about to die and

I read like 5 chapters and then SHUT IT!!!!!I am truly honest when I say that I had never left a book in the middle before and this book was....umm how do I put it? Umm ok...boring, the hero dies in the first few chapters, first Rick Riordan's book that is utterly (umm) disappointing yadda yadda yadda. I was immature and reckless then.I absolutely loved it. It helped me survive a week of school. xDThe ending was a bummer. I really like Alex Fierro and Jack the Sword.I absolutely love the
